What We Teach

We at Broadway teach many dance styles to various age groups and here we list down the classes in brief. 

Introduction to Dance & Music

Age Limit: 5 years to 7 years 
Timings: 4 pm to 5 pm 
Days: Monday to Friday 

Introducing Dance and movement vocabulary to kids, where they are taught how to count music and how to match movement to music. And flexibility drills, socializing skills, and much more. 

Dance Disciplines

Age Limit: 7 years to 15 years
Timings5 pm to 6 pm 
Days: Monday to Friday 

Teaching Dance Styles: Hip hop, Jazz, Contemporary.
Dance Vocabularies: Dance terminology, dance theory & dance history.
Different Rhythms:  Various musical genres, and different cultures of music for example - Hip hop,  Afro,  House music, etc.

Teaching basic muscle groups and how to train to improve strength, stamina, flexibility & endurance.

Intermediate Dance Techniques

Timings: 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm 
Days: Monday to Friday
Active adults and young dance enthusiasts.
Dance intensive classes for Teens and active adults training them in dance styles like 

1. Lyrical jazz 

2. Contemporary 

3. Hip hop

Dance Beginners

Timings: 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm 
Days: Monday to Friday 

A beginner dance and conditioning class where we focus on both fundamentals of dance and body conditioning. 

Fitness

Our group classes are a combination of cardio: Dance fitness, mixtape fitness and Zumba fitness. 

Strength & Conditioning: Stepper Aerobics, Toning, Mat Pilates.

Nutrition consulting & Coaching: We make sure you make the right choices in terms of your nutrition, rest & recovery plans.

Batch Timings: 
7:30 am to 8:30 am 
9:30 am to 10:30 am 
11:00 am to 12:00 pm ( exclusively for ladies) and much more.

Yoga

Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living. The word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit root 'Yuj', meaning 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite'.

Batch Timings:
5 am to 6 am
6 am to 7am
8:30 am to 9:30 am 

Drama

The use of drama and art in education leads to holistic learning, accelerates personality development, and imparts students with crucial life skills, problem-solving skills, leadership, cooperation, and collaboration. Through this blog, we will see the importance of Drama and Art in education, their benefits, role, and objectives in the learning process.
